We live in an exciting era of change, the Earth and it's planetary soul, Gaia is reaching the end of major cycles of her own and going through a number of changes on her evolutionary path.

We are moving into the next dimension and this will have many consequences for earth and her inhabitants.... some good, some scary, some miraculous, depending where you are -  both physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Clearly, the earth is having a hard time dealing with the effects of pollution, both in the air, on the ground, in the oceans and rivers, unlimited mining excavations, and the depletion of the rainforests at a rapid rate.

This, along with having to absorb the negative vibrations of thoughtless human behaviour and negativity towards each other and animals, greed, and accommodating the immense increase in electromagnetic frequency from electronics, cell phones, wifi,  etc.... is bringing about isolated natural disasters that will keep occurring until a balance is found again.

We need to live as lightly as possible and give back more than we take out.

Each resident in a transition town (if not the planet) would do well to embark on a series of inner transitions too, these might include:

- Visualising a circle of golden light surrounding the planet

- Visualising a golden line down from the pyramids at Giza, down the Nile, thru Great Zimbabwe towards the Drakensburg mts, Africa needs this leyline to be healed.

- Meditating for a short while each day and listening to your inner voice in the silence

- Spending time in nature and appreciating the beauty around us

- Identifying what changes we each need to make individually or as families, before we can expect community changes to happen, start small and focus on the bigger picture although its the journey, not the destination!

- Thinking about any negative aspects of ourselves that could be transformed with a different attitude of positive thinking

AKNOWLEDGE ~ ACCEPT ~ RELEASE

  • Acknowledge – Take responsibility for your thoughts, words and actions

  • Accept – you did your best

  • Release – forgive and let it go

Light can help activate our DNA, your vibration can be raised, and this has a ripple effect, healing your self and the world around you.

~~~~~~~~
We hope in the future, to provide safe spaces where people can connect and express through mind, heart and spirit, their personal experiences in response to the ups and downs of transition.
We also aim to promote meaningful events to provide a platform for connection and to build a supportive and resilient community.
 We are inclusive and everyone is welcome
